General Information
Among other things the assignment of a Calibration Authority is to supervise the realization of the Examination-of-Prepack. To realize this task a solution was developed by us, which meets the requirements of the legal directions (EU-Guideline 76/211/EWG incl. 5 Changes and the German Prepacking Direction BGBl I S.451). Thus, a practice orientated tool is presented to the Calibration Official.
The software "sFPPK" supports the following examination methods:
- Non-destructive check: Total check (N=2-99)
- Non-destructive testing - normal double-sampling testing
- Non-destructive testing - normal single-sampling testing
- Non-destructive testing - single-sampling testing with natural and auxiliary products about 10l
- Destructive testing - single-sampling testing with reduced sample size
- Destructive testing - single-sampling testing with reduced sample size with the indication "e"
The software "sFPPK" communicates with all the scales used in the Prepacking-Examination.

sFPPK Software
The sFPPK software for Prepacking-Examination supports Certification Authorities to control 'prepackeged products by weight and volume' with compliance tests in companies on-site and in the labratories of Certification Authorities.
The sFPPK software was developed on the bases of the German Prepacking Regulation. It fully complies with these government mandated regulations (EU-Regulations 75/106/EEEC and 76/211/EEC and OIML R87).
The sFPPK Software offers the following test methods:
- Non-destructive check: Total check (N=2-99)
- Non-destructive testing - normal double-sampling testing
- Non-destructive testing - normal single-sampling testing
- Non-destructive testing - single-sampling testing for prepackage with natural and auxiliary products about 10l
- Destructive testing - single-sampling testing with reduced sample size
- Destructive testing - single-sampling testing with reduced sample size with the indication "e"
Characteristics of the Prepacking Software sFPPK
- The input of the lot size and the type of test results in the test quantity
- A screen message appears when the test quantity has been reached
- Manual tare input is possible at the beginning and end of each test
- Air density settings can be adapted to local conditions
- Tolerance limits of Tu1 and Tu2 are user changeable. Gross weighing and tare weighing are not subject to a particular order
- Net calculation can be immediately monitored on the screen
- Cumulative average calculation is being presented
- Immediate display of -T1 and -T2 underflow
- Weighing data are stored in a SQL database
- Test protocols can be freely designed by the user
